Where is the Wiggle Wag Potty manufactured?
The Wiggle Wag dog potty is manufactured and managed out of BC Canada.
How big is the Wiggle Wag Dog Potty?
The Wiggle Wag potty comes in two sizes – standard and large. The standard potty
measures 2 feet by 1.5 feet and is ideal for smaller dogs, such as chihuahua's,
miniature schnauzer’s, etc. The large potty measures 2 feet by 3 feet and is perfectly
suited for small and medium sized dogs. Do you need a larger solution? Simply push
a couple potties together.
What if my dog poos?
Just scoop it up as you would on an outdoor walk and dispose of it in your toilet
or garbage.
How do I clean it?
Simply remove the grass, empty the tray contents wipe the base with a cloth and
hot water. To clean the grass, simply rinse it with warm water. There are also a
number of dog safe cleaning agents available at your local pet store, but we recommend
avoiding citrus scented solutions as they may repel your dog.
How often should change the artificial grass?
The grass is the same durable material found on many North American golf courses
and dog runs. With regular use, the turf typically lasts 6 months to a year. Many
users have found it helpful to have a spare turf for use between washes so that
they always have a dry mat.
How often do I need to clean it?
We recommend that the artificial grass be quickly rinsed every couple of days. The
base should be emptied daily.
Do I need to put it together?
No need, we've taken care of that for you. Simply slide your new Wiggle Wag Dog
Potty out of the box and it's ready to use.
Is it ok if my dog sleeps or plays on the Wiggle Wag Dog Potty?
It's not recommended. Activities other than toileting shouldn’t be allowed on or
near the potty.
If I change my mind, can I return the product?
Sorry, but due to the nature of the product and sanitary considerations we can not
have employees handle a returned product, so we can not accept returns. All sales
are final. However, we would be happy to help guide you in training your dog to
it's new potty to ensure a positive experience.
