1. "Contest Period" starts at 12:01 am (Pacific Time) on Friday, May 1, 2009 and continues until 11:59 am (Pacific Time) on December 31, 2009, (the "Contest Closing Date"). No purchase necessary. Only one (1) entry per person.

2. To enter, go to www.wigglewag.com/contest, click on the contest links and upload a photo of your pet together with information requested on the submission form. Winners will be announced on January 15, 2010.

All photographs submitted, and all concepts or ideas depicted therein, become the sole property of Wiggle Wag, and will not be acknowledged or returned. By submitting photographs, entrant grant Wiggle Wag permission to use the photographs for any purpose and in any media whatsoever, without additional compensation. Any person featured in any photograph submitted (or parent or legal guardian if such person is a minor) must have provided his/her consent to entrant for the submission of his/her image in this contest. By entering this contest, entrant represent that they have received this consent. Failure to obtain such consent will deem the entry ineligible. By submitting an entry or accepting any prize, entrant also represent and warrant that all photographs submitted by the entrant have not been copied in whole or in part from any other work, do not violate or infringe any copyright, moral right, trademark or other proprietary right of any person or entity, and are, together with the copyright and moral rights therein, the sole and exclusive property of the entrant. Entrant assumes all risk of lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. By submitting photographs, entrant waive, as against Wiggle Wag, all claim of copyright and moral rights in the photographs pertaining to Wiggle Wag use or reproduction of the photographs for any purpose and in any media whatsoever, without further compensation to entrant. Entrant agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wiggle Wag for any action brought by a person whose consent was not obtained by entrant or by any person claiming that (i) its intellectual property rights, including without limitation, copyright, moral right (including rights of integrity, attribution and anonymity), trademark rights, or (ii) its personality or privacy rights, are infringed by Wiggle Wag use or reproduction of a submitted photograph.

3. Participants are eligible to win one (1) Kuranda Dog Bed, an approximate retail value of $100, or one (1) Wiggle Wag Dog Potty, an approximate retail value of $99, or one (1) Custom embroidered Mimi Green designer collar with an approximate retail value of $40, or one (1) 1 year subscription to Modern Dog Magazine ($15).

4. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Wiggle Wag reserves the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.
